Our Class Styles
Reformer Essentials
A 50-minute introductory reformer class covering the fundamentals of Pilates and essential reformer exercises. In a small group setting, you’ll receive personalized guidance while moving through a low-impact, full-body workout designed to build alignment, strength, and confidence.
Reformer Trio
A 50 minute, full body workout that focuses on increasing your flexibility, balance, core strength, and body awareness. We’ll use the reformer, mat, and props throughout the class for a challenging and engaging flow of exercises that will leave you feeling energized and stronger.
Reformer Strength Trio
A 50-minute class that combines strength exercises for every major muscle group with traditional pilates exercises for range of motion and control. It will not neglect your core and may even contain the occasional burst of cardio.
Tower Hour
50-minute Pilates challenge: Experience the transformative power of the Pilates Tower to provide resistance and support, challenging your strength, flexibility, and control. Prepare to leave feeling longer, stronger, and invigorated.
The Tower is an apparatus that is attached to the Reformer but offers a more stable surface to work from. You can expect classes to be different and challenging.
Advanced Reformer
A 50-minute, full-body reformer class for experienced clients ready to deepen their Pilates practice. This athletic flow challenges strength, control, endurance, and core stability through dynamic and sustained movement.
*Prior reformer experience required.
Community Classes
A 50-minute donation-based community class open to anyone and everyone. 100% of donations go toward a local charity, fund, or mutual aid organization in RVA to help support our neighbors!
