Pilates Instructor

Alexa is a Balanced Body Reformer certified instructor who has been teaching since 2020. She fell in love with pilates as a student and decided to pursue a teaching certification a few years later.

She has always had an appreciation for movement. Growing up, she played sports, which evolved into her passion for running. She quickly recognized the benefits of Pilates when she started incorporating it into her routine. She believes in a holistic approach to fitness and has found that Pilates is a valuable tool for enhancing athletic performance by improving body awareness, form, strength and stability. She loves to teach an athletic flow style class with seamless transitions that create a challenging and engaging class.
