Becky
Pilates Instructor & Owner of Embody Pilates
Movement has always been at the center of my life, and over the past eight years, Pilates has become the foundation of how I help others build strength, resilience, and confidence. As the owner of Embody Pilates, I am passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive environment where every client feels seen, challenged, and empowered to move in ways that enhance their everyday lives.
My teaching is grounded in the belief that movement should be accessible to every body, regardless of age, ability, or previous experience.
After completing my Pilates teacher training through Balanced Body, I have gained extensive experience teaching on all Pilates apparatus and working with a wide variety of clients. My practice includes supporting individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and joint replacements, living with neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis and stroke, managing scoliosis, navigating pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and helping clients in larger bodies discover the benefits of mindful movement. I believe every person deserves an approach that is tailored to their unique body, goals, and experiences, and I strive to create sessions that are both thoughtful and empowering.
Owning a boutique studio has allowed me to cultivate a community where personalized care and meaningful relationships are just as important as movement itself. I believe Pilates is a lifelong practice that can meet people wherever they are, whether they are recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply seeking to move with greater ease. My goal is for every client to leave feeling stronger, more capable, and more connected to themselves than when they walked through the door.
