Emily
Emily has been teaching group exercise for over a decade. She began her fitness journey teaching cycling for several years and then later fell in love with Pilates. She has a huge appreciation for the intentionality behind Pilates, especially at Embody, where she can give clients individualized adjustments and attention, allowing them to have a clear understanding of movements they can carry with them for the rest of their lives. When not at the studio, you can often find her traveling for business for her 9-5 or for pleasure, playing tennis, or enjoying a patio hang with her boyfriend Thomas and their dog Rizzo.
