Jessica
Jessica discovered Pilates while searching for a form of movement that felt both challenging and supportive to the body. Before entering the wellness field, she spent 10 years working as a medical coder, where she saw firsthand how often movement was overlooked as an essential part of health. That experience shaped her belief that exercise is not just fitness—it is a powerful form of preventative care and long-term wellness. Jessica is certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates and has been teaching since 2021. She is currently pursuing her Comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body, deepening her understanding of the method and gaining hands-on experience as an apprentice instructor. Her training has reinforced her belief that Pilates is for every body—and that mindful movement can be both empowering and accessible. Jessica aims to create sessions that are thoughtful, encouraging, and appropriately challenging, helping clients build strength, confidence, and body awareness in a supportive environment.
