Paige
Paige began her movement journey in dance at the age of two and discovered Pilates soon after. What started as a complement to her dance training became foundational to how she approaches movement–with an emphasis on building a resilient, lasting system. A professional dancer and seasoned movement educator, Paige has taught across studios, schools, and institutions, working with a wide range of populations from young children to older adults, and from beginners to advanced practitioners since 2009. She approaches movement as both practice and exploration, creating spaces where students can express themselves and develop a deeper connection to their bodies. Since earning her Comprehensive Pilates Certification from Balanced Pilates NYC, she has worked with clients in New York and Virginia, bringing thoughtful and creative sensibility to her teaching. Her approach integrates precision, nuance, and intuition creating a practice that is joyful and transformative. It is shaped in part by her personal experience using Pilates as a tool for injury prevention, recovery, and long-term physical health. Alongside her movement practice, Paige is a landscape architect and urban planner, holding a dual Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture and Urban & Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with a double major in Environmental Policy from Fordham University/The Ailey School in New York City. Her interdisciplinary nature informs how she understands both bodies and landscapes — as adaptive ecosystems that are dynamic, responsive, and molded through environment and care. Through her holistic approach to health and wellness, she is committed to fostering vitality across scales.
